Princess Diana, The Beatles and Freaky Toys - Beauty is Random!

Hello all!!

As much as I love spending money (and I really do), I also love window shopping. And so while I bought a few things on Saturday, I also enjoyed the windows in Islington.
Here is what caught my attention.

Which of these would you buy?

The tackiness of them is too much - I want them all. The most interesting thing about them is that they were in the window of an antique lighting shop!!!

And here is a very cool customer that made me stop and snap:

The next three 'toys" are from a kids' shop. Something about them that is very disturbing and freaky. In fact, dolls on the whole disturb me, yet I am drawn to them:

So, that was the second instalment of my Islington excursion.

Have a lovely rest of the week and see you here very soon.

Hello Red:
The duck please! That cheery, cheeky chappie would be such fun and we could place him in a variety of places around the house, just to see the expressions that would appear on faces when they discovered him. He looks as if he is made of china but if he is plastic, then we should award him the order of the bath!!

We know exactly what you mean about dolls and neither of us had any as children...lots of teddy bears though!!
